Constance Kathrine Weidman

Constance Kathrine "Connie" Weidman, 64, of Wellington, died Friday, May 25, 2018 at Mercy Allen Hospital. Born on January 1, 1954 in Columbus, Connie was the daughter of the late Roger and Vivienne (nee Willard) Cassidy. She lived in Wellington most of her life and was a 1972 graduate of Wellington High School.

Connie was dedicated to her family, and enjoyed being able to volunteer with organizations her children were involved with. one of the proudest moments of her life was when she became a grandmother, a role which she truly cherished. When connie wasn't busy with family she enjoyed riding in the sidecar on Ed's motorcycle.

survivors include her loving husband of 38 years, Edward; her children Jennifer (Michael Lawson) Weidman, of Huntington, and Justin Weidman, of Wellington; grandson Carl; siblings Herbert and Lawrence Cassidy, Patricia Biggs, and Jeffery Cassidy.

Friends and family will be received on Friday June 1, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of a memorial service beginning at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 127 Park Place, Wellington, 44090.
