Donamae Chambers, of Greenwich, passed away Friday, July 15, 2016 at her home. She was 87. Donamae was born on February 4, 1929 in Brewster, Ohio. She lived in Willard for many years and had lived in Greenwich since 1970.
She attended Willard Schools and worked many years at the former Pioneer Rubber Company in Willard, where she retired in the early 90's.
Donamae loved bluegrass music, camping, festivals and dancing.
She will be sadly missed by her son and daughter-in-law, Martin M. and Cindy K. Chambers of Bloomville; daughter and son-in-law, Danette and Thomas Jones of Greenwich.
Donamae was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Chambers and her parents, Floyd and Maude Buehler; her brother, Mayo Rowan and sister, Leone Cole.
A visitation of family and friends will be held from 4 pm until 7 pm on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 49 West Main St., Greenwich. Private burial will take place at a later date.
If desired, memorial contributions in her name can be given to the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, 2131 Park Avenue West, Mansfield, Ohio 44906. Condolences to the family may be expressed online by visiting eastmanfuneralhome.com.
