Janet Nye Obituary
Janet Nye, was called home by the Lord peacefully in her sleep on Friday, June 23, 2017, she was 68.
Born on September 18, 1948 to the late Harley and Cora (nee Johnson) Lewis, she spent much of her young life in the Shelby/Tiro area. She graduated from Shelby High School in 1967 and married her loving husband and companion, who survives her, Robert Nye in 1983.
She loved fishing, was a talented archer, and proud member of the OSTA (Ohio Society of Traditional Archers), 2641 Morgans Fork Road, Waverly, Ohio 45690 www.tradarchers.org where memorial contributions may be made. She will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her and fondly remembered for her gentle and kind soul.
A graveside service of remembrance will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh at 1 pm. Guests are invited to meet either at the cemetery or at Eastman Funeral Home, 49 West Main Street, Greenwich where a group of family and friends will travel together at 12:30 pm to the cemetery.
