Julie Marie Daniel

Julie Marie Daniel, 51, of Wellington, died Tuesday, March 27, 2018 with her family by her side. Born on December 9, 1966 in Marion, she was the daughter of Jim and Judy (nee Richie) Hurt. Growing up in a military family, Julie lived all over the country. She and her family moved to Wellington just over a year ago and prior to that they had spent the last 25 years in Florida.

Julie worked for the City of Clearwater, FL, but her passion was working in Wedding planning. She was a talented artist and was very active in the Home School community in Florida, making the socialization of students a priority. She was instrumental in developing sport programs, yearbooks, and proms. She was an active member of the Brighton Congregational church. Julie will be remembered for her ability to make others smile and for being able to see the best in other people. She cherished her family and found great satisfaction in being a wife, mother, and grandmother. The most important thing in her life was Love.

Survivors include her loving husband of 35 years, Wayne Daniel; Parents Jim and Judy Hurt; her children David Wayne (Nicole) Daniel, Michael Robert (Kara) Daniel, both of Wellington, and Ashley Marie (Spencer) Vincelette, of LaGrange; grandchildren Johnathan, Savannah, Emerson, and the much anticipated Julia Hope; sisters Betty Lucas, Bobbi Hurt, and Becca Croydon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will be received on Saturday, March 31, from 9 a.m. until the time of services beginning at 11 a.m. at the Brighton Congregational Church, 22086 State Rt 511, Wellington, 44090.
