Norma Sue Bryan, 84, of Wellington died Friday, January 29, 2016 at the Elms Retirement Village in Wellington. She was born on August 5, 1931 in Springfield MS to the late James and Margaret (nee Cole) McEldowney.
The mother of 7 children and the wife to a United Methodist minister, Norma was always busy. She had a very giving heart and was always there to attend to the needs of others. She was very artistic and enjoyed painting and embroidering. Norma enjoyed singing in the church choir. She also had a great compassion for animals. Norma cherished time that was spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Norma is survived by her children Deborah (Dave) Sheldon, of NC, Gary (Anita) Bryan of TX, Jami (Dan) Rosus, of WV, Larry (BJ) Bryan of NE, Timothy (Laura) Bryan and Kimberly (Craig) Sibbio both of Akron; 19 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; and a sister Betty (Dave)Lord. She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Lawrence Bryan on January 13, 2016, daughter Teresa, grandson Gary Bryan, and great-grandson Layne.
