Veronica Tipple Obituary
Veronica A. Tipple, 51, of Greenwich, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Cleveland Clinic. She was born on January 5, 1963, in Norwalk and grew up in Bellevue. Veronica moved to Greenwich in 1992.
She studied and graduated to be a nurse's aide from Ashland County Vocational School. Veronica helped in training disabled clients to find work. She worked at the Chatter Box in Greenwich for several years and worked at several veteran clubs in the Willard, Monroeville and Willard areas.
Veronica attended Ripley Church in Greenwich. She loved her children and grandchildren. Her greatest joy was to watch her children's activities. Veronica enjoyed traveling, her dogs, gardening, hunting arrowheads and nature.
She is survived by her husband, Eric, whom she married September 11, 1980; children, Natasha (Adam) Barnett of Greenwich, Larry Tipple of Greenwich and Amanda Tipple of Wooster; grandchildren, Paige Barnett, Reese Barnett and Evelyn Marthy; mother, Vernan McConnell of California; father, Larry Gregory of Fremont and brother, Dan Gregory of California. Veronica was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Carl and Evelyn Moyer and paternal grandparents, Floyd and Erma Gregory.
A visitation will be held Saturday, July 26th from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. memorial service at the Greenwich Reservoir Park pavilion 3 with Pastor Bob Hudberg officiating. Reception immediately following.
