Bonnie Belle Casper, a longtime Wellington resident, died Thursday, October 10, 2019. On February 8, 1944, Bonnie was born in Philadelphia, PA to Frederick and Mildred (nee Ahrendt) Tate.
Bonnie worked at the Pizza House in Wellington for 45 years. She loved all of her customers and the kids she worked with.
She also enjoyed crafting, thrift store and clearance shopping, spending time with her family and collecting elephants. In her remaining days, she found out that she really liked to go to the casino.
Survivors include her children, Pamela (Gary) Bergeron, of FL, Kelly (Ed) Stiegelmeyer, of Nova, Shannon Page, of New London, Scott (Vicki) Shepherd, of Nova, Robbin (Brian) Ronez Gregory, of Nova; 14 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her significant other of 35 years, Martin Ayers; granddaughter, Sheena Lynn Annabelle Pippert and grandson, Brian Joshua Gregory.
Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, October 15 at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Following the visitation, her family invites everyone to enjoy a slice of Pizza House pizza with them.
