Robert Bradstock Obituary

Robert Allen "Bob" Bradstock, 80, of Wellington, died Friday, June 1, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. He was born April 24, 1938 in Elyria, he was the son of the late Merle and Nada (nee Moore) Bradstock and a life long resident of Wellington.
Bob proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1956 to 1960. After his service, he worked for the Ford Motor Company, retiring after 32 years. In his retirement Bob worked at the Village Market for 16 years.

Bob was an active member and Past President of the Wellington Eagles Aerie #2051. He was very involved in assisting the Eagles in their fundraising for the Lew Reed Spinal Cord Foundation and also served on the ritual team. In his free time, Bob enjoyed golfing and bowling. Most important to him was family and he cherished time that he was able to spend with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Alice (nee Brickell); children, Robin Jungeberg and Lori Bradstock, both of Wellington, Jodi (John) Rollin of Huntington Township and Robert M. (Teresa) Bradstock of Wellington; grandchildren, Joseph (Ashley) Saunders, Hailey (Zach) Tucker, Jennifer (Jasper) Ford, Brooke (Cody) Morgan, Jordan Green, Kristy (Cody) Prewitt, Karly Rollin, Hannah and Olivia Bradstock; great-grandchildren, Jaelynn and Jensen Ford, Kennedy and Landon Saunders, River and Meadow Morgan and John Prewitt and two great-grandsons on the way; siblings, Bruce and Roger Bradstock and Sue Kemp, all of Wellington and his beloved dog, Blaze.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Knapp.
A private family burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the Wellington Eagles beginning at 1 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's memory may be directed to the family to be donated to the Lew Reed Spinal Cord Foundation.
