Samuel Perdue Obituary

Samuel Lee Perdue, 84, of LaGrange, died Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Westbrook Place. Born on February 6, 1935 in Whitesville WV, he was the son of the late George and Millie (nee Dickens) Perdue. Samuel grew up in West Virginia and moved to the LaGrange area in 1973.

Samuel worked for Firestone, traveling to change large tires. He later worked for and retired from Allterain Tire Company. Samuel was a member of the LaGrange Hunting Club and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed going to Bingo games.

Survivors include his loving wife Ava (nee Walker) Perdue; Children Carla (Mike Cole) Garyheart of Spencer, Barry (Lisa) Perdue of Wellington, and Ronnie (Suzanne) Perdue of LaGrange; grandchildren, Kaysee, Justin, Tyler, Lanette, Monica, Candi, Tina, Matthew and Michael; great grandchildren, Brandon, Joseph, Zachary, Skyley, Nevaeha, Hailey, Emma and Taylor; great-great-grandson, Connor; siblings Herbert and James Perdue, and Loretta Stover all of West Virginia. Samuel was preceded in death by son David Perdue and daughter Kelly West.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 10-11 AM with a memorial service being held at 11:00AM at the Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main Street, Wellington, Ohio  44090.
