Walter E. Heald Jr.

Walter E. Heald Jr. (Eddie), 57, resident of Huron, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2019 in Twilight Gardens Nursing Home, Norwalk.  He was born on July 16, 1962 to Phyllis Heald and the late Walter E. Heald Sr. in Norwalk.  Eddie was a former employee of Berry’s Restaurant, for 12 years, and AA Produce, Olena, for 20 years.  He was a member of Church of the King in Norwalk, and he loved to read books, watch Stephen King movies, and prior to falling ill, he was involved in Emmaus Ministry. Eddie especially loved to spend time with his family.  He is survived by his mother, Phyllis J. Heald of Norwalk, and by his siblings, Laura (Tom) Klepper of Huron, and Robert Heald (Debbie Slagle) of Norwalk, by 7 nieces and nephews, Dawn (Ronald) Casalinova, Patty Klepper, Erin (Michael) Gutshall, Zachary, Connor, Rhyder and Lily Heald.  Eddie is also survived by his great nephew, Ronnie Casalinova and great niece, Allie Casalinova, and by several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Walter E. Heald Sr., by his brother, Clifford Roy Heald (Little Clifford), by his maternal grandparents, Laura and Harley Penwell and by his paternal grandparents, Clifford and Elizabeth Heald, and by many aunts and uncles.  Friends may call on Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 3:00 p.m. in Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St. Norwalk, Ohio 44857.  Rob Duncan will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
