Freddie Hicks, age 67, of Willard, died Saturday evening, October 21, 2017 at his home. He was born January 14, 1950 in Willard, son of the late Berlin and Jessie (nee Hale) Hicks. Freddie had lived in Ashland and Richland Counties and in Willard for the past 10 years. He had worked at Central Plastics in Greenwich for 47 years. Freddie loved to hunt and fish.
He is survived by his daughters, Cassandra Ruiz, Kellie Shepherd, Shellie Hicks and Tina Salas; his great grandson whom he raised, Isaiah Hicks; numerous Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren; his siblings, Larry (Sherry) Hicks, Annie (Clinton) Howard, Peggy (Clyde) Hilt, Jimmie Hicks and Jeff (Veronica) Hicks. He was preceded in death by his sister, Jean Boyd.
Family and Friends will be received from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 49 West Main St., Greenwich. Burial will follow at Greenwich Greenlawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at: www.eastmanfuneralhome.com
