Jeffrey Brian Emerick, 62, of Norwalk, died Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at Fisher-Titus. Born on September 15, 1958 in Lorain he was the son of Daniel Joseph and Clara Lee (nee Yerico) Emerick.

Jeff was a 1976 graduate of Western Reserve High School. Many will remember him as the voice of Western's football team where he served as an announcer for many years. Jeff also assisted with coaching various youth football programs. Helping others became a big part of Jeff's life, starting when he helped organize fundraiser events for the boosters, this eventually expanded into helping organize raffles and golf scrambles for families in need throughout the community.

Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Patricia (nee Riedy); children Anthony Emerick, Jennifer (Brian Perkins) Emerick, and Valerie Emerick; grandchildren Chase, Abigail, Hunter, and Mallory; siblings Barbara, Michelle, Danielle (Buddy), Scott (Sandy), Toni (Jeff). Jeff was preceded in death by his father Daniel Joseph Emerick, brothers-in-law Rick and Dennis, and nephews Toby and Mitchell.
