Rose Anne Obermiller, 62 entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
Rose was born April 22, 1956 to Ronald and Patricia Grosswiler. She was a 1974 graduate of Norwalk High School. Her greatest joy and achievement in life was raising her seven children.
Rose will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Ronald and Patricia Grosswiler; her husband of forty-two years, James Obermiller; their children, Annie (Gary) Hayes, Angela Obermiller, Andrew (Shannon) Obermiller, Adam (Miranda) Obermiller, Amber (Corey) Enderby, Amy Clift, Abigail (Robert) Young; her brothers, Ronald Jr. (Debbi) Grosswiler, Jeffrey A. (Kim) Grosswiler, Kevin J. (Glenda) Grosswiler; twenty-five grandchildren, Chelsie, Trevor, and Trystin DuPont, Darrel Keegan, Daunte Hayes, Marcus and Zachary Obermiller, Jacob and Christian Ringer, Bethany and Alexie Obermiller, Morgan and Helana Obermiller, Erin, Emily, and Elliana Enderby, Amanda Mendez, Courtney Clift, Bradley, Brandon, and Samantha Clift, Megan, Marissa, Ariel, and Abraham Young; four great-grandchildren, Faith Elder, Josey Ringer, Dominic Mendez, and Nolan Sassaman; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Rose was preceded in death by her sister, Kimberly Jean Gardner.
The Obermiller family will greet friends Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 1-4 pm at Eastman Funeral Home in New London with a rosary beginning at 4 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 18 Park Avenue, New London on Monday at 10 am with Father Kishore Kottana officiating.
