Timothy Michael Schaffer, 34, of New London, passed away August 15, 2017 at his home. He was born June 25, 1983 in Norwalk, Ohio.
Tim enjoyed life to the fullest.
He is survived by his 3 daughters, Alexis Rowe, Kyrstyn and Klowey Schaffer; his mother, Darla Jones and his father, Ron Jones; his brother Jamie Schaffer and his sister Rhonda Jones.
