Adam B. Leid

Adam B. Leid, age 84 years and 7 months, of Greenwich, OH, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2026.

Adam was born on Nov. 7, 1941, in Ephrata, PA, to the late Norman W. Leid and Anna (Burkholder) Leid. He was a dairy farmer until his retirement. He was a member of the Groffdale Old Order Mennonite Church. Adam was preceded in death by his wife Miriam H. (Martin) on January 19, 2008. The two were married on January 20, 1966.

Surviving Adam are his children, Arthur (Elva) Leid of Willard, OH, Lavern Leid of Myerstown, PA, Harold (Lillian) Leid of Greenwich, OH, Mark (Mary Jane) Leid of Ephrata, PA, Roseann (Randall) Martin of Greenwich, OH, and Glenn (Emma) Leid of Nova, OH; 32 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, and wife, Adam was preceded in death by his daughter, Luanne Leid and grandson, Kenneth Leid.

Family and friends are welcome on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Randall Martin’s, 483 County Road 1281, Greenwich, OH 44837, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.

Family and friends are also welcome on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Mark Leid’s, 214 Sensenig Rd., Ephrata, PA 17522, from 5-8 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the Martindale Mennonite Church, 905 Martindale Rd., Ephrata, PA 17522, beginning at 9:30 a.m. with Leon Zimmerman officiating.
