Andrea Margaret Donathan, 69, of Greenwich, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at her home. She was born on July 26, 1943, in Harrisburg, PA, daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret Strahosky. Andrea traveled in the military for 21 years. She was a retail department manager for several places. Andrea was a lifetime member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary. Andrea enjoyed life, loved animals and being with her family. She is survived by her husband of almost 49 years, Richard A.; children, Cindy (John) Goodson of New Mexico, Deanna Besong of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Richard E. Donathan of Greenwich; grandchildren, John Goodson and Amy Goodson and brother, Richard of Carlyle, PA. She was preceded in death by her sister, Janet. A visitation will be held Saturday, March 2 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 am at Eastman Funeral Home, 49 W. Man St., Greenwich. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh.
