Andy Case, Jr., 71, of Norwalk, was taken from us after an act of violent crime on Sunday, July 23, 2023, in Lorain, OH.

Andy was born on July 12, 1952, in Norwalk, OH, to the late Loucreassia (Blanton) and Andy Case, Sr. He attended Western Reserve High School and EHOVE. Andy was a truck driver for the majority of his working life. He was a simple hardworking man who enjoyed being around people. Andy loved his family and especially enjoyed pulling pranks on nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

Andy is survived by his wife of 23 years, Kathleen Case; 4 children, Mitchell (Tina) Case of Norwalk, Corey (Brandi) Case of Collins, Faith (Gerardo) Hernandez of Norwalk, and Charity (Rachel) Deaton of Sandusky; 8 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Brenda (Duane) Harvey of New London, Linda (Tim) Dick of Wakeman, Jo (Dave) Singer of Norwalk, and Susan (Doug) Mackey of Arizona; brother-in-law, Howard Harris of Sandusky, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.

In addition to his parents, Andy was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Harris, and a great-grandson in infancy.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, August 6, 2023, from 3 pm to 6 pm at the Norwalk Reservoir, shelter #3. Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
