Ann B. Hall, 70, of Clarksfield, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Laurels of New London.
She was born June 17, 1946 in Port Clinton, Ohio, daughter of the late Wilford Earl and Daisy (Jones) Jackson Earl. Ann was a bartender for 17 years, and then worked in manufacturing for many years.
Ann played Bingo and was in a ladies billiards league for many years. Her friendly smile was familiar to many who visited the Laurels nursing home and she was jokingly referred to as the "greeter at the Laurels". She also enjoyed fishing many years ago and loved her dogs.
She is survived by her children, Gary Burkett of Clarksfield, Richard Burkett of Clarksfield, Melissa (Kenny Green) Burkett of Sandusky and David (Linda) Burkett of Amelia; 13 grandchildren, (2 grandchildren, Shelby and Tattyana, reside in San Diego, CA); 6 great grandchildren; brother, Chuck of Michigan and sister, Jennifer.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Steve; sister Gordie and brother, Richard.
Ann's sister and friend Kay Winkler also passed away, on March 13, 2017. Fittingly a celebration of their lives will be held together on Friday, March 17, 2017 with a memorial visitation from 11 am until the noon memorial service at Eastman Funeral Home, New London.
