Anna Lea Clark (nee Case) of Tampa, Florida (formerly of New London, Ohio) passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Mease Countryside Hospital in Clearwater, Florida following a recent fall.  Mrs. Clark was born September 20, 1937, at home in Honaker, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Isaac Lee and Rosa Belle (nee Steele) Case.  She married Clinton Clark on January 1, 1956, in Betsy Layne, Kentucky and they were married for 68 years.  They made their home in New London, Ohio for 67 years and moved to Tampa, Florida in 2021 to live with their daughter.

Mrs. Clark is survived by her two daughters:  Rose (Earl) Myers of Lexington, Ohio and Denise (Mark Daverin) Clark of Tampa, Florida, grandchildren Deron (Patty) Jackson, Chelsea Smith, and Zachary (Danielle) Myers and great granddaughters Chloe Jackson and Emerson Myers.  She was a member of the New London Church of Christ.

She worked at McMillan & Ward, Thomas Creative Apparel and Sewline.  She enjoyed cooking, planting flowers, raising a garden, walking and reading.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Frank (Virginia Mae) Case, sisters' Verlie (Ernest) Oney, Tava (Curt) Hall, Gladys (Audis) Hall, Cloteen (Walter) Layne, and Jackalene (Church Hill) Armstrong; nephews:  Ronnie Hall, William Oney, Larry Hall, Roy Oney, Donald Oney, Jeffrey Hall and Keith Oney; and niece:  Ernestine Oney.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, November 22, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main Street, New London, burial will follow at Grove Street Cemetery, New London, OH.
