Annette Lewis Hernandez, 69, of Greenwich, passed away late Friday, December 18, 2015 after a lengthy illness. She was born May 11, 1946, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She lived in Atascadero, CA for most of her life and in Greenwich since 2011. Annette loved slot machines, lottery tickets and working out in the yard. Annette is survived by her son, Grady (Donna) Chisum of Greenwich, Christina Hutchison of Santa Margarita, CA and Michele Sarvis of Atascadero, CA; grandchildren, Amber (Coty) Prince of Greenwich, Ashley (Dustin Hoover) Chisum of Greenwich, Jennifer (Brandon) Perry of Colorado Springs, CO and Colon Hutchison of Santa Margarita, CA; 7 great grandchildren and one on the way; stepdaughter, Dolores Hernandez of Woodland, CA; step grandchildren, Michael, Marcus, Sabrina and Victor; brother, Dave (Donna) Lewis of Citrus Heights, CA; sister, Patsy (Roy) Egbert of Portland, OR and her dog Gunther. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Raymond Hernandez in 2008; father, William David Lews and mother, Doris Diane Lewis. A graveside service to be held later at Atascadero, CA.
