Arthur D. Lucal, 77, of Norwalk, Ohio passed away April 17, 2020 at Concord Care of Toledo.  He was born November 13, 1942 in Norwalk to Oscar and Olive (Fannin) Lucal.

Arthur is survived by his daughter, Kim, sons; Chris, Brian and Shane, 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 more on the way, his sister Fran (Lucal) Palmer of New London and a brother, Robert of Mansfield, Ohio, several cousins, nieces and nephews.   He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Arthur Jr. and brother, William.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.  The staff at Eastman Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.  The family would like to thank the Concord Care nursing staff for the care Arthur received.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
