Avien Matthew Willbond-Mowery, of Wellington, died Thursday, November 28, 2013 after blessing his family with 7 beautiful days. He was born on November 21, 2013 at the Cleveland Clinic to Brittany Willbond and Austin Mowery. He died peacefully at home surrounded by the love of his family. Every day that his family was able to have him in their lives was a blessing. Avien leaves behind his parents Brittany and Austin, his uncles Matthew Willbond Jr. and Bobby Darby Jr. both of Wellington, and aunt Amber Saulat of WA; grandparents Jodi and Bob Darby of Wellington, Matthew and Kathleen Willbond of Oberlin, and Heather Mowery of Elyria; great grandparents Jim and Karen Mowery of Vermilion, and Butch and Judy Wurtz of Wellington. He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents John and Judy Willbond. Friends and family will be received on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at the Wellington First Congregational United Church of Christ, 140 South Main St., Wellington, beginning at 2 p.m. until the time of a celebration of Avien's life beginning at 3 p.m. Rev.
