Barbara J. (Kuchling) Czerwony, 76, residing in Norwalk, passed away at home on Monday, December 27, 2021.
Barbara was born on August 7, 1945 in Cleveland, OH to the late Peter and Amy (Martin) Kuchling.
Barbara graduated from Cleveland Heights High School and later received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from John Carroll University. She was employed in medical sales for 27 years and was also a social worker for children's services. Barbara was a member of the Master Gardener's Club and she volunteered at Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library and Museum in Fremont. In her spare time, Barbara enjoyed playing the piano, classical music concerts, going to Cleveland Indians games, touring old houses and needlework. Barbara was also an avid animal lover, especially her cats. She was also very well known as the nice Mrs. Denham of Shadow Stalkers Mysteries for 30 years.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Robert Czerwony, whom she married on August 27, 1988; daughter, Heather (Scott) Seiler of Hinckley, OH and Patricia (Nicholas) Derov of Summerfield, Florida.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 11 am at Avon Lake United Church of Christ. Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
