Barbara J. Mann, 79, of Norwalk, passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones, Tuesday, November 29, 2022.

Barb was born on June 3, 1943, in West Virginia. She had been a Norwalk resident since 1962. Barbara loved the Lord and her church family. May the Lord bless those she left behind.

Barb is survived by 4 children, Irene, Phyllis, Hope, and a son, Joe; sisters, Wanda, Mary, Millie, and Debbie; brother, Larry; granddaughter, Brandi; son-in-law, Bernie, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

In addition to her parents, Barb was preceded in death by an infant twin sister, Betty Jean; sister, Judy; brother, Jerry, and many aunts and uncles.

In accordance with Barbara's wishes, there will be no public services. Walker-Eastman-Heydinger is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
