Obituary

Bernice Helen Bottomlee Bradstock, 89, of Wellington, died Sunday, March 8, 2015. Born in Elyria on October 8, 1925 to the late John and Antonia (nee Mateushak) Puka, Bernice was a life a lifelong wellington resident. Bernice worked for Forest City, Rodel Shoe Store, and Grist Drug Store. She was a member of St Patrick's Catholic Church in Wellington and recently Faith Christian Fellowship in Spencer. Bernice enjoyed working on Jigsaw puzzles and was a talented seamstress and cook. Bernice is survived by her children, Sharon Clark of Wellington, Gary (Sue) Bottomlee of Huntington, and Nancy (Max) Bodak of Litchfield; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Luther Bottomlee, whom she was married to for 56 years, and husband of 8 years, Frank Bradstock; brothers, Joe, Steve, Tony, and Walter Puka, and sisters Mary Sanders and Hattie Lamb. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 beginning at 1 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery, Wellington, with Pastor Thomas Keller officiating.
