Bette Jane Livingston, 78 years old, of Norwalk, Ohio passed away suddenly July 28, 2021 and went to be with her Lord. She was born in Shelby, Ohio on February 20, 1943 to the late Martha (Sites) Rinehart and Dr. Harold Rinehart. She was a graduate of Shelby High School and attended Bowling Green State University. Bette was a member of the Norwalk First United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, Dr. David Livingston and lovingly remembered by her son, Kurt (Tracey) Livingston, and Daughters, Dr. Melanie (Lynn) Livingston, and Jill (Erasmo) Lopez; grandchildren, Keegan, Kaden, Connor Livingston, Livingston Taylor, and Andaria Lopez; brothers, Dr. Thomas (Darlene) Rinehart, of Shelby, Ohio; Dr. Harold "Bud" (Patti) Rinehart, of Perrysville, Ohio; sister, Faye (Larry) Kimberly, of Farmington Hills, Michigan; sister-in-law, Kay Newmeyer, of Shelby, Ohio; and many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and her high school group of friends known as "The Boulevard Gang."

Her family will receive guests for a memorial visitation at the First United Methodist Church, 60 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio 44857 on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 a.m.
