Beverly June Pfeiffer, 48, of Ashland, died Tuesday, December 23 peacefully in her sleep at her home. Born in Fairview Park on April 25, 1966 to Albert and Beverly (nee Hare) McClelland, Beverly grew up and spent most of her life in Wellington. She was a 1984 graduate of Wellington High School. Beverly attended Lorain County Community College and received a Bachelor's Degree in Math from Northern Illinois University. In her younger years, Bev worked at Sparkle Market in Wellington. She was Co-Founder and Office Manager for 23 years of the family business, Pfeiffer Chiropractic Clinic in Wellington. Bev attended Grace Brethren Church in Ashland. Her favorite book of the Bible was Joshua and she found comfort in Chapter 1, Verse 7: "Be strong and very courageous." A loving, caring mother of three, Bev always put the needs of others first. She was a fabulous cook and baker, her family raved about her homemade spaghetti sauce and homemade strawberry jelly. Bev enjoyed movies, knitting, fishing and vacations with her family. She loved Scrapbooking and spent hours creating books of memories for family and friends. Bev was a driving enthusiast; she loved the thrill of driving, especially her '69 Nova. She leaves behind her children, Andrew J. Pfeiffer, of Sullivan, Alyssa R. (Adam) Daniels, of Wakeman and Alex M. Pfeiffer, of Sullivan; Mitchell Pfeiffer, whom she was married to for 29 years; mother, Beverly McClelland and siblings, Allen, Brenda, Don and Bill. Bev was preceded in death by her father, Albert. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, December 30, for a viewing from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. with the Funeral Service beginning at 1 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington, with Pastor Dan Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Wellington.
