Monroeville, Ohio - Billy A. Scoggins, 62, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, in Ohio State University Medical Center. He was born June 22, 1954, to the late William R. and Wanice (Poor) Scoggins, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and was employed as a truck driver by Morrow's Trucking in Monroeville, Ohio. Billy enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, working on motorcycles, and cars, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Cheryl A. (Duncan) Scoggins of Monroeville, Ohio, by his daughters, Renee S. Scoggins, of Monroeville, Ohio, Angela K. (JaPaul) Rockwell, of Berlin Heights, Ohio, and Amanda L. Scoggins, of Monroeville, Ohio. He is also survived by his siblings, Ray, L. Dodgin, Eldon E. Lykins, Belinda Scoggins, Melissa M. Lykins, and Edith A. Lykins, all of Muskogee, Oklahoma, by his grandchildren, Tori Rockwell, Whitley Rockwell, Yuna Scoggins, Bubbyz Scoggins, and Drake Payne, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Monday, July 18, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 12:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 W.
