Bonnie J. Herrick, 68, of Wellington, died on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at the Life Care Center of Westlake. Born on July 10, 1951 in Cottle Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Athaline (nee Evans) and Joe Wallen.  She moved to Rochester in 1952 and to Wellington in the late 60's.

Bonnie enjoyed working in her garden and tending to her flowers. She loved animals, especially her canine companion, Gracie. Most of all, Bonnie treasured time spent with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Laura Adkins; grandchildren, Barbara, Robert and Sarah Adkins; siblings, Beulah  Smith, Judy Mittelstadt, Louise Radcliffe, Danny Wallen and Brenda Knotts; she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Wayne Herrick, son, John Herrick and sister, Cathy Olmsted.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 29, 2020 at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main Street, Wellington from 6-8 pm. A private funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 30 at 11 am. A live broadcasting will be available for viewing at eastmanfuneralhome.com. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
