Brenda Marie (McClurg) Osborne of Elyria passed away at home on 7/3/25 after a brief illness. Brenda was born in New London, Ohio on 7/22/65 to (Ladora) Marie (nee Youngless) and Clarence McClurg. She attended Wellington High School. Brenda is survived by her son Ryan Downs (Samantha) of Elyria and her granddaughters Ryliegh and Nora Downs, her fiancé Eric Hines of Elyria, her brother Clarence 'Bud' (Anette) McClurg of Nova, her sisters Sue Braden (nee McClurg) and her brother-in-law Dale who died this year of Ashland, Dawn McClurg of Wellington, Linda (nee McClurg) (Joe) Becker of Elyria. Brenda was predeceased by her parents Clarence Coleman McClurg and (Ladora) Marie (nee Youngless) McClurg, her sister Michelle Nicole who died in 1975. and her brother Royal (Roy) of Wellington who passed away 2/1/2023 Brenda will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was especially close with her granddaughters Ryliegh and Nora who were the joy of her life and her sister Lyn. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
