Carleen Fluty, 58, of Berlin Heights, Ohio, passed away on August 12, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was born on September 6, 1961 to the late Mary Ann (Burda) and Arthur Wallace.

After graduating from EHOVE in 1980, She began work at Ford Motor Company, where she worked for over 28 years. She loved spending time at her job working with her second family. Carleen enjoyed supermodified car racing, and she was a member of the UAW 2000 and had previously been a member of Women's Committee. She was a loving person that enjoyed to spend time with her family. Carleen is loved and missed by family and many friends.

Carleen is survived by her husband of over 40 years, Bernie Fluty; children, Josheua (Michelle) Fluty, of Berlin Heights, Ohio, and Alischia Fluty, of Akron, Ohio; grandchildren, Mattheau, Darcelle, Kearstyn, and Braxton; sibling, DeNese Mayle, of Vermilion, Ohio, Schandra Wallace, of Perrysburg, Ohio, and Nikola Wallace, of Perrysburg, Ohio; mother-in-law, Eileen Coffey, of Berlin Heights, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Carleen is preceded in death by her brother, Mitchael Wallace, and her uncle, Robert Burda.

The family will receive friends at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St., Norwalk, Ohio 44857 on Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 12:00pm until the start of the service at 3:00pm. Visitors are required to bring and wear a mask, and practice all social distancing and mass gathering guidelines. A limited amount of people will be permitted inside at a time to allow for adequate distancing. Visitors to the funeral home should be prepared for the possibility of waiting outside at times in case of a crowd until social distancing becomes possible again.
