Carol J Jenkins, 76 of Norwalk, passed away On November 15, 2024, after an extended illness at Twilight Gardens Nursing Center. She was born on June 14, 1948, to Evelyn A Jackson and Charles G Jenkins.

Carol is survived by her children, Fannie J Yoder (Brad Willmore) of Cleveland, Carol Ann Yoder of Norwalk, Daniel (Trisha) Yoder and Chris (Shannon) Harris of New London,  16 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren. Her special granddaughter D. Nicole Collins (Shaun Damron). Siblings, Barb (Don) Krick of Michigan, Benjamin Jenkins of New London, Paul Jenkins of Millersburg, Geraldine Jackson of Norwalk, Kay Draper of Wellington, Rosemary Draper, and Terri Jenkins.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents, son, Melvin S Yoder, Jr, granddaughter, Amber L Blackert, and grandson, Wendell B Collins. Siblings, Chuck Jenkins, Bonnie Hindle, and William Jenkins.

Carol worked as an aide at Twilight Gardens and Gaymont Nursing Home and in Ashland Ohio. She also worked as a telemarketer in the Ashland area, and as a house keeper in the Sandusky and Norwalk areas.

She was a big fan of Elvis Presley, Toby Keith, Pittsburgh Steelers, and all things purple.
