Cathleen Puckett, 60, of Wellington, died on Saturday, December 16, 2017. Born in New London on November 2, 1957, she was the daughter of Ralph and Coleen (nee Benear) Pucket. She attended Murray Ridge Center. Cathleen will be remembered as a friendly person with a big heart; she was warm and loving to those she met. She collected music boxes and loved singing; her favorite song was Jesus Loves Me. Cathleen was a devoted Cav's fan and especially enjoyed Labron James. Most importantly, Cathleen loved being with her family. Cathleen is survived by her mother, Coleen; sisters, Darlene Settlemire, of Wellington, and Polly (Craig) Mills, of Gainsville, VA; and niece, Sabrina Settlemire. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph; grandparents, Alvin Puckett, Margaret Benear, and Walter Benear. A private service will be held at Fitchville Cemetery.
