Charles Edward Ramey, 57, of Greenwich, passed away Monday, May 25, 2015 at his home after a lengthy illness. He was born September 7, 1957, in Williamson, West Virginia, son of the late Willard Ramey and Gladys Boone. Charles lived most of his life in Greenwich. Charles attended the Shiloh Pentecostal Church of God. He loved music, model cars and was an avid guitar player. He will be sadly missed by his three children, Sarah, Hannah and Gabriel Ramey; mother of his children, Carma Zacharias and siblings, Wilma (Marvin) Wireman of Greenwich and James R. (Ann) Ramey of Dix, Illinois; stepchildren, Heather, Kevin and Katie Barnett. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Larry Joe Ramey and Jackie Ramey and sister, Linda York. Visitation 1 - 9 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2015 at Shiloh Pentecostal Church of God, 117 Baseline Rd, Greenwich with service at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday with Pastor Mark Wireman officiating.
