Charles A. (Ozzie) Roberts, 90, of Wellington, passed away on August 25, 2022 surrounded by his family. He was born February 11, 1932 to Harry C. and Martha E. Roberts in Spencer, Ohio. Ozzie was a graduate of Wellington High School.

He was employed at Dana Corp in Ashland, Ohio, retiring after 30 years. Ozzie was also a proud Korean Veteran and member of the Wellington VFW.

Survivors include his daughters, Kimberly (Gary) Gayheart Sr., of Nova, and Tammy (Larry) Phillips, of New London;  grandchildren, Jarrod, Sawyer, Nicole, Eric, TJ, Gary Jr., Justin, Chadd, Cody, Bridget, Terry, Bob, Jason, and Keith; and 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary (Pay); Son, Gary; step children, Shirley, Sharon, Norman, and Glen, and brother, Frances (Poppy) Roberts.

A graveside service with military honors will be held on Monday, August 29, 2022 at 11 am at Greenwood Cemetery in Wellington. Contributions in his memory may be directed the Wellington VFW, 207 N.
