Cheryl A. Scoggins, 69, passed away peacefully at the Laurels of New London. She was born on November 17, 1954, in Sandusky, Ohio, to the late Harold and Julia (Schowe) Duncan.

Cheryl loved pets, especially dogs, nature, and BINGO.

A mother of 3, she is survived by her daughters, Renee Scoggins, Angela (JaPaul) Rockwell, and Amanda Starkey; 5 grandchildren; and brother, Butch Ackerman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Billy Scoggins in 2016, and brother, Ronald Ackerman.

Cheryl's visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St., Norwalk, Ohio.
