Collins, Ohio - Chester C. Miller, 78, of Collins, Ohio, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016 in the Parkview Care Center, Fremont, Ohio. He was born August 13, 1937 in Clay County, West Virginia, to the late Samuel B. and Rosalee (McMorrow) Miller, and came to this area when he was 16 years old. Chester was a former employee of Janesville Products, Sheller Globe, and was a kennel assistant at the Huron County Dog Pound. Chester enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, and hunting. He is survived by his children, Danny C. Miller of Sandusky, Ohio, Shawn Burns of Cincinnati, Ohio, Cathy A. (Joe) Noftz of Fremont, Ohio, and Jill M. (Chuck) Bennett of Collins, Ohio, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Chester is also survived by his sister, Marylou Hayes of Strongsville, Ohio.
