Christopher Edward Maynard, 49, of Sullivan, died Tuesday, August 25, 2020. born on July 24, 1971 in Cleveland, he was the son of Edward and Denice (nee West) Maynard. Chris grew up in Cleveland and moved to Sullivan in 2012.

Chris worked for the City of Cleveland, Water Department as a Unit Leader. He will be remembered as a hard worker, very straight forward, and intelligent. Chris was also dependable and always willing to help others. When not working he worked on cars or tinkered around the house.

Survivors include his loving wife, Christina (nee Avancini) Maynard; children Aaron Yuzva (Marissa Franco), of Albany, NY, and Kyle Maynard, of Derby, KS; granddaughter, Elia Yuzva; and his mother, Denice Maynard. Chris was preceded in death by his father Edward Maynard and his son Eric Maynard.

Friends and family will be received on Sunday August 30, from 1-6 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main, Wellington, 44090.
