Clara Allen, 71, of New London and formerly of Okemah, Oklahoma, died Saturday, December 26, 2015 at the Laurels of New London. She was born on October 25, 1944, in Oklahoma, to the late Marion and Elva (nee Crane) Dodson. Clara grew up and lived most of her life in Okemah moving to Ohio recently to be with family. Since moving to Ohio, she has enjoyed trips to Toledo and playing Bingo with friends. Clara is survived by her children, Carl Tilton of Norwalk, OH, Bobby Allen of Hilliard, FL and Lisa Parker of Okemah, OK and a brother, Junior Dodson. A memorial service and luncheon will be provided by her family at a later date. The family requests that there be no donations.
