EASTMAN FUNERAL HOME 419-929-3781 Clarence C. "Sonny" Coy, age 74, of New London, died Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Stein Hospice, Sandusky . He was born August 27, 1938 in New London, son of the late Calvin and Erma (Wolfe) Coy. He had been a lifelong resident of Fitchville. Sonny was a 1957 graduate of New London High School. He had served in the Ohio National Guard. Sonny worked at Ford Motor Co. in Lorain from 1964 - 1984. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and flea markets. He is survived by his stepdaughter, Debbie Bielby, granddaughters, Chelsea and Haley Bielby all of Sylvan Beach, NY; his children, Patrick and Tammy and several grandchildren; his siblings, Alfred (Sue) Coy of Avon Lake, Ohio, Roger (Evelyn) Coy of Willard, Mary Oney of New London, brother in law, Randy Garner of North Fairfield. He was preceded in death by his wife, June Coy, son, Daniel Coy,, sister, Virginia Garner and brother in law, Larry Oney. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2013 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London.
