Clinton 'Clint' Carl Plott, age 66, of Wellington died Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at his home after a 1 year illness. He was born March 16, 1941, in Ravenna, Ohio, son of the late Carl and Florence (Deuschle) Plott. Mr. Plott was a 1959 graduate of Amherst High School. He had been a blacksmith for 38 years and also farmed part time. He showed horses, and went to many county fairs. He enjoyed his grandchildren, golfing and having coffee and cookies with his friends. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Lorna (Radcliffe) Plott; his daughter Jodie (Brian) Hayes of Wellington; 2 grandchildren; a brother, Clifton Plott of Woodburn, Indiana; a sister, Jane Cobes of Bryan, Texas. Friends may call from 4 ' 8 p.m. Friday, January 17, 2008 at the Norton ' Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington where memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday with Pastor Chuck Livermore of the Kipton Community Church officiating. Burial will take place at Camden Cemetery.
