Connie L. Tutko, 66, of Ashland, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022, after recent health complications at University Hospital in Cleveland.  She was born on May 21, 1955, in Lodi, to the late Elmer and Dorothy (Strawser) Steele. She was a 1973 graduate of Black River High School.

Connie loved animals, and had a gift with animals of all kind.  She enjoyed going to clubs and casinos.  In addition to working on the family farm, Connie had also worked for the former Fisher Body in Elyria and N&N Manufacturing (formerly Whirlaway) in Wellington.

Survivors include her loving husband of nearly 45 years, Tom Tutko; son, Mike Tutko; grandchildren, Ashlee, Emmalee and Thomas; and great grandchildren, Mila and Riley.  She is also survived by several cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Linda Landis, Ronald Steele and Michael Steele.
