Constance 'Connie' Parsley, age 57, of New London, died Sunday, February 22, 2009 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, after an illness of several months. She was born in New London and graduated from New London High School in 1969. Connie had moved to Vermilion in the late 70's and back to New London in 1985. She loved her family and playing cards with them. Connie was a very giving person, who loved her dog. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, William R. Parsley; sons, William M. of Sandusky and Eric of New London; her mother & step-father, Francis & George Olson of Vermilion; brothers, Mike and Monte Marsh of New London and John Marsh of Florida; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her father, Lewis 'Bud' Marsh. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main St., New London, where funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 26, 2009. Burial will follow in Grove Street Cemetery, New London.
