Cory A. Stoner (64) of New London died Monday, December 5, 2022, at his home.  His death was sudden and unexpected.  Cory was born January 29, 1958, in Sandusky.  He was a man of faith who loved his savior, his family, and serving others. He was a self-employed carpenter and enjoyed tinkering, singing, reading, debating with his kids and cooking.  What he cherished most was laughing and spending time with his family.  He attended the New London Alliance Church.

Cory is survived by his wife of 42 years, Denise (Dunfee) Stoner; 5 children, Amber Stoner, Jessica (Krzysztof) Jurczuk, Alana (Joshua) Woodworth, Jeremiah Stoner and Jarod Stoner; 6 grandchildren, Leksi, Cameron, Layne, Liam, Marli, and Aleks; siblings, Edward (Mary) Stoner, Londa (Dave) Barman, Michelle Schimp, and Brian (Sunni) Stoner along with 9 nieces and nephews.  Cory was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy (Dake) Stoner and step-father, Ernest Russell Stoner; infant children, Aerin, Jordan and Alex.
