Danny Paul Mundy Sr., 74, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2019 at home after a long battle with cancer.  He was born on May 25, 1945 in Lakewood, Ohio to the late Samuel and Patricia (Moore) Mundy.

Danny was a 1963 Norwalk St. Paul High School graduate and had worked for more than 40 years at R.R. Donnelly in Willard.

He loved feeding and taking care of the birds, yardwork, the Cleveland Indians, casinos, and gardening, especially his tomatoes.  Danny enjoyed trips to the flea market with his wife Sandra and cherished time spent with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  He was a former member of the Bronson Conservation League and had enjoyed many fishing trips with his family.

Survivors include his loving wife of over 54 years, Sandra (Greenwald) Mundy; children, Danny Mundy Jr., Eric Lee (Stacey) Mundy and Patricia Louise (Aaron) Hauler; grandchildren, Amanda Kreps, Derek Mundy, Michael and Meghan Mundy, Carson, Layton and Gavin Hauler; great grandchildren, Jillian and Juniper Kreps and Brady Fritz; brother, Thomas (Connie) Mundy and nephew, Matthew (Roya) Mundy.

In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his grandson, Dylan Mundy earlier this year.

Friends may call on Monday, December 16, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W.
