Darlene Marie Persinger (nee Pedraza), 62, of Nova, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at University Hospital Samaritan Medical Center in Ashland. She was born October 5, 1954 in Lorain, Ohio, daughter of the late Guillermo and Louise (Martinez) Pedraza. Darlene lived in North Ridgeville for several years before moving to Nova in 1999. She had worked at Elyria Plastics. Darlene was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family, her dogs, and gardening. Darlene is survived by her daughters, Sandra Rivera and Kathy Duck; 8 grandchildren; siblings, Rich, Ronald, Alfred and Champ Pedraza and Jeanne Partridge. In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Persinger and son, Lonnie Dale Mullett, Jr. Friends may call from 1 pm until the time of the service, at 3 pm on Monday, June 19, 2017 at Eastman Funeral Home in New London. Her interment will follow at Nova Cemetery.
