David A. Smith, 52, of Wellington, passed away on April 4, 2016. He was born on September 21, 1963 in Wellington and graduated from Wellington High School in 1983. David was a hard worker. He loved farming and was the manager of a concrete company. David was an avid sports fan. He followed NASCAR and was a Dale Earnhardt, Jr. fan. He also rooted for the Cleveland Browns. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting. David is survived by his wife, Tamara; children, Brandi Guitar, Karla Smith and Philip Smith; grandchildren, Alexa and Paige; mother, Joann; siblings, Laura Vaughn, Carl Smith and Christine Moore; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and his best friend, Scott Harrison. David was preceded in death by his father, Norman and a brother, Jeffrey. In keeping with David's wishes, he will be cremated.
