David Allen "Bubba" France Jr., of Greenwich, died Thursday, November 7, 2019, the result of a motor vehicle accident.  He was born on February 28, 2001 in Norwalk to David France Sr. and Debra Brant.  David was a 2019 South Central High School graduate who participated in football and track while in school.

He will be remembered by his large family and many friends as a wonderful young man who enjoyed hunting and fishing, Ford Mustangs, playing video games and for his huge heart and willingness to help anyone in need.

David was most recently an auto detailer at Majestic Motors where he worked throughout school.

In addition to his birthparents, survivors include his foster parents, Anita Shepherd and Terry Salyers; girlfriend, Lauren Miller; siblings, Carrie France, Summer France, Tabitha Brant, Devin Smith, Kaeli Shepherd and Blake Salyers; grandparents, Jeanette Moulton, James and Sharon Brant, Geneva Shepherd, Jay Reed, Charles France and Debra Diebrick; nephew, Keith Allen June, Oliver Dale Shepherd; niece Grace Ann Shepherd; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many many friends.

He was preceded in death by his step-grandfathers, James Moulton and Henry Shepherd.

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until the 1 p.m. service at Eastman Funeral Home, 49 W. Main St., Greenwich. Burial will follow in Edwards Grove Cemetery.  Memorial contributions, if desired may be directed to the funeral home in care of the family.
