David M. Nelson, 77, of Greenwich, Ohio died on May 17, 2021 at the Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky.  Just one day shy of his 78th birthday.  Born on May 18, 1943 in Newark, Ohio, he was the son of Merle and Thelma (Redman) Nelson.

David has been a resident of the area for many years.  He enjoyed being outdoors which included hunting and fishing.  He loved to play his guitar.

David is survived by his wife of 60 years, Pauline (Murr) Nelson; sons, David Nelson of New London, OH, Brad Nelson of Frametown, WV, and daughter, Annette Nelson of Greenwich, OH; grandchildren, Hollie (Josh) Mills, Amber (Austin) Hintz and Alison Nelson; and great grandchildren, Brayden Mills, Bryson Mills, Alexa Mills, Dawson Hintz, Emmarie Hintz.
