Dean Allen Carino, 72, of Litchfield died Tuesday morning. He was born of April 22, 1941 in Oberlin to the late Guy William and Helen (nee Wilczak) Carino. He was a lifelong resident of the Wellington area. Dean worked for Foseco in Brookpark and retired after 41 years. He enjoyed golfing, gardening, and mowing and taking care of his yard. Most of all Dean cherished time spent with his family. Dean is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Brenda (nee Turner), children Jeff (Janice) Carino of Berea, and Tammy Savick of Litchfield, grandchildren Joshua, Jessica, Megan, and Justin, siblings Gerald (Heidi) Carino and Sandy (Gary) Grose. Dean was preceded in death by his son-in-law Mark Savick. Friends and family will be received on Friday, September 13 from 5-8 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main Street, where services will be held on Saturday beginning at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
